My tender husband gifted me my first DSLR about camera about 15 years ago because he felt I needed a pick me up after I miscarried at 12 weeks with our 3rd child. I had always wanted to be a photographer, but felt I played it safe by going into nursing. Don't get me wrong; nursing has taught me some VERY valuable things and has been there for my family during many difficult situations, but my creativity was stifled!
I LOVE being able to create and capture special moments with the most lovely people. I feel more like myself as a photographer and creative. I have worked with some of the most loving and special families & couples.
I consider my photography as bold, colorful and timeless. I try to stay true to real life color so I deliver a product that can be enjoyed for generations to come. My goal with every session, is to capture the loving relationship between couples & among families. Natural light is my preferred medium. Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter….love to capture photos during any of the seasons. Being able to travel with my camera in tow for any session is ALWAYS a welcome challenge.
