Little boys & their dog

This session was so fun and these boys, with their dog Alex, had me running! We went to an old train station to get some pictures on the old tracks. Once we got there, I was bummed to discover that some boxcars were being stored on those tracks. BUT it ended up being the best thing ever! When doing a session with kids (especially when there is an animal involved) you’ve got to keep things moving and be flexible. So we picked up rocks, did some exploring and lots of running. By the end, Alex was done with the kids walking him; he decided to walk them! We had so much fun and in the end I was very grateful for those boxcars. Just go with the flow; you never know what brilliance you’ll come up with!
